These are my “before” photos. I don’t quite have the courage that Tyler Weeks has to shoot a video showcasing my front, side and back without a shirt on. I think most people will get the point that I’m what my doctors call “a big guy”. The big in Big and Tall Store.
I originally started my weight loss at 302.4. So, I’ve come down a little. Believe me, though, you can’t see the weight reduction at this point.

It’s been about 2.5 months since I seriously started counting calories and trying to keep up with my exercise. I had a little bit of a setback with the exercise part due to some arthroscopic surgery on my left knee that kept me out of the game for about a month. I’ve started back to the gym — very slowly — in the hopes of getting back some momentum with the exercise routine. I don’t really know if you can tell if I’ve actually dropped any poundage with these photos. That’s the problem with being so big in the first place. You have to take off a lot to notice. This is about a 6.5% drop.
Looking back on my previous photos, I see I didn’t take them at my top weight, I took them at 296.6 so the change is only 13.6 lbs. Maybe you can see it in my little finger.
